Our Hiram location is located in the Paulding Physicans Center at 148 Bill Carruth Parkway.

From Marietta: Take Dallas Hwy (GA 120) South to Jimmy Lee Smith Pkwy (GA 6/US 278). Continue straight to Bill Carruth Pkwy. The Paulding Physicians Center is located on the right.

From Powder Springs: Take GA 6/US 278 to the intersection with GA 120. Turn left on Bill Carruth Pkwy. The Paulding Physicians Center is on the right.

  Douglasville Office

The Douglasville location is located at 6001 Professional Pkwy, Suite 2020. From I-20: Take exit 36, Chapel Hill Road towards Cambellton Road. Turn right onto Hospital Drive. Professional Pkwy is located just past WellStar Douglas Hospital. 6001 is located at the end of Professional Pkwy.
